Vegan Ramen

Vegan Ramen:
Noodles
Azuki & Alfa alfa sprouts
Miso
Curry
Sesame seed 
Tofu

Noodles
Germogli di Azuki e Alfa alfa
Miso (la pasta di soia fermentata con orzo)
Curry
Semi di sesamo
Tofu

رشته فرنگی یا نودل
جوانه ماش و شبدر
سُس  سویا
پودر کاری
کنجد
پنیر سویا
 



Vegan Cookies with Coconut butter & Tahin (Halva) - Biscotti al burro di cocco e tahin -بیسکوییت با کره نارگیل و حلوا ارده


 Cookies with Coconut butter :

200 g whole rice flour
100 g almond flour
150 g Halva (Tahin and sugar)
200 ml rice milk
50 g coconut butter
half teaspoon baking powder 

Blend rice milk, coconut butter and sweet Tahin
Pass
the flour from a strainer, baking powder and then add almond flour
Add the mixture of Tahin
Make a soft ball
Shape the cookies as you like and bake 20 minutes in the oven at 180 ° c



 Biscotti al burro di cocco e tahin:

200 g farina integrale di riso
100 g farina di mandorle
150 g Halva (Tahini e zucchero)
200 ml latte di riso
50 g burro di cocco
mezzo cucchiaino lievito
 
 Frulliamo latte di riso, Tahin dolce e burro di cocco
Passiamo dal colino la farina, cremor tartaro e poi aggiungiamo farina di mandorle
Aggiungiamo il composto di Tahin
Facciamo una palla come pasta frolla ma viene più morbida
lo facciamo passare da taglia biscotti e cuociamo 20 minuti nel forno 180 c°

 



 بیسکوییت با کره نارگیل و حلوا ارده 
 200 g آرد برنج
100 g آرد بادام
150 g حلوا ارده
200 ml شیر برنج
50 g کره نارگیل
نصف قاشق چای خوری بکینگ پودر
شیر برنج و کره نارگیل و حلوا ارده را در مخلوط کن میکس میکنیم
آرد و بیکینگ پوذر را از صافی رد کرده
و مواد میکس شده را اضافه میکنیم
یک توپ نرم با این خمیر درست کرده و شکل دلخواه را به آن میدهیم
در فر بیست دقیقه با حرارت 180 درجه میپزیم
در آخر میشه با شکلات تزیینش کنیم
